Conditions for Individual Promotions

Welcome and Deposit Bonuses

There are separate welcome packages for casino, crypto and VIP. To activate any welcome package you must create an account, select the relevant welcome promotion and make the qualifying deposit listed on that promotion page. The VIP Welcome Pack carries a wagering requirement equal to 50 times the deposit amount. Exact minimum deposits, codes and any winnings caps are set on each promotion page and must be checked there.

Free Spins

The first casino welcome stage awards 60 free spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash. The crypto welcome offer awards 70 free spins on Pots of Egypt. Free spins are allocated to the specific game named in the promotion. Any expiry, wagering attached to free-spin winnings and limits on cashout are published with the individual offer and must be consulted on that promotion page.

Chips Shop and Loyalty

Chips earned in the loyalty system can be exchanged in the Premium Shop. Verified shop exchanges include five free spins for 300,000 Chips, ten free spins for 500,000 Chips, and streaming or retail gift cards priced at 30,000,000 Chips each. VIP progression details such as the Platinum II target (16,000,000 star points) are published in the loyalty area. Wagering or other conditions attached to shop redemptions are shown with each item.

Wagering Requirements and Balance Rules

The only expressly verified wagering figure is for the VIP Welcome Pack, which requires wagering equal to 50 times the deposit amount. This multiplier applies to the deposit amount specified by that promotion. Wagering rules for other promotions vary and are defined on the individual promotion pages. Maximum permitted bet during wagering and the order in which deposited and bonus funds are used are set per promotion and should be checked on the corresponding offer page.

Example: a deposit of 10 under the VIP Welcome Pack gives a wagering requirement of 50 × 10 = 500 (units in the currency of the deposit).

Game Contributions and Exclusions

Slots and live casino games are offered across the site; contribution rates toward wagering are determined by each promotion and are published with that promotion when supplied. For Big Sunday Blast only real-money spins on eligible Playson and Booongo slots count; bonus bets and free spins are explicitly excluded from qualifying play for that tournament. Where a promotion lists zero contribution or a prohibition, those rules apply only as stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry and Cancellation

Activation, play and wagering deadlines are set per promotion. The Big Sunday Blast tournament dates are confirmed as Sundays 02:00–23:59 UTC from 7 June 2026 to 7 March 2027. For other offers, expiry times for claiming, using free spins and completing wagering are published on each promotion page. Consequences of expiry or cancellation for deposited funds, bonus funds and related winnings are defined by the specific promotion terms.

Withdrawals and Maximum Cashout

Conversion of bonus funds into withdrawable balance, any maximum bonus award or maximum cashout for a promotion, and the effect of requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active are specified per promotion. Where a promotion does not publish a maximum cashout or related withdrawal rule, the promotion page and its terms should be consulted for details. Verification steps such as identity checks follow the standard account verification process.

Restricted Conduct and Complaints

Specific conduct rules confirmed in the published material include the exclusion of bonus bets and free spins from qualifying play in the Big Sunday Blast tournament. Account eligibility requires age 18 or over and acceptance of the Terms of Service. For support or to raise a complaint, use the on-site Contact Support which opens a form requesting name, email address and phone number and offers a Start the chat action; customer support is available 24/7. Any further prohibited conduct or disciplinary measures are set out in the full Terms of Service and promotion pages.
